Responsibilities
• Resolve complex Flexible Workforce queries / cases raised by employees, vendors, business partners and managers on a variety of topics while providing exceptional customer service
• Provide administrative support across the end to end Flexible Workforce recruitment process, coordinate hiring and other recruitment events, manage the scheduling and logistics for Discovery's roles
• Coordinate the planning, development and implementation of consistent position management processes to release positions for hire
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist team to co-ordinate screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring for required positions
• Ensure compliance with company and local legislative policies for recruitment processes
• Perform employment verifications and relevant background checks on final candidates as appropriate
• Facilitate the offer and onboarding process to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Manage pre-boarding activities and coordinate orientation events
• Focus on the candidate experience and hiring process, continually identifying opportunities to provide a better candidate and new hire experience of joining Discovery
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee records in Fieldglass
• Maintenance of organizational structures in the systems
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned which may become essential to the position

Qualifications
• 3+ years previous HR experience, working in a Talent Acquisition team
• Previous experience managing Flexible Workforce / Contingent Worker recruitment
• Strong technical skills. Preferred previous experience working with Fieldglass and SuccessFactors
• Strong verbal / written communication skills, organization skills, detail-oriented
• Able to critically review processes and provide suggestions for improvement
• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of employment legislation, particularly around talent acquisition
• Highly motivated and self-starter, with high level of energy and a proactive approach to work
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines on multiple projects or tasks concurrently
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to target audiences
• Comfortable working with a global consumer base
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (French preferable but not required)
• Must have the legal right to work in Poland
