Job Description

Participate in all aspects of the development of linear and digital proposals and client accounts as assigned by Sales Management team

• Track and maintain new client and existing advertising agency business
• Review and revise sales flowcharts for account manager, and advertising agencies
• Track consumption, pacing and optimization on active accounts
• Work with account manager on sales projections tools for management reporting
• Work closely and maintain rapport with sales, production and traffic staff for Discovery Networks, Latin America
• Work with International Sales time across the US, EMEA & APAC on the creation digital and linear media plans
• Support ad-hoc research request and production follow up with Branded Content Team
• Work with digital team on reporting & tracking of digital campaigns
• Prepare presentations for assigned clients to include element of research, programming branded content and sales opportunities
• assist in compilation of market information for AM sales efforts
• support AM in prospecting to expand DCI ad base
• Collaborate with internal departments and markets to develop sales opportunities for client base
• Collaborate with AM to deliver presentations on Ad-Hoc basis. Identify trends and help monitor the business.

* Candidate should have 4+ years-related experience, preferably media environment, or agency environment
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills a must
Media research knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English a must. Portuguese considered
Excellent computer skills including Google Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must
Should be self-motivated and able to handle a multitude of projects simultaneously
Candidate must be team oriented and committed to providing an extraordinary level of service

Experience with Salesforce a plus
