Job Description

The Eurosport / Discovery offices in Switzerland is looking for a motivated and creative Sales Executive to support sales and brand partnerships within Switzerland and Austria. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and Account Manager, the Sales Executive takes a multi-faceted approach towards sales, and will liaise directly with various departments in both our Paris and London offices. As an integral member of the sales team, the Sales Executive will help manage, control and implement value added media campaigns, and foster existing and new relationships with clients. Besides these main tasks he/she will manage all administrational office duties as well as sales communication projects.

Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will support the Commercial Director and the Sales Manager to reach challenging office sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for the following duties:
• Assist the Commercial Director and Account Manager in structuring and implementing detailed client offers according to specified briefs

• Coordinate with the Eurosport Head Quarters in Paris and the Discovery Headquarters in London to realize and implement campaigns and to create post campaign analysis for the team

• Liaison directly with third party agencies and other external stakeholders

• Support the team to deliver optimum client service before, during and after campaigns

Requirements

You wish to enter sales management and have recently finished your bachelor’s degree or commercial apprenticeship degree. Experience in Sales, TV or New Media business is a plus. The role is based in Baden/Switzerland. Therefore, German/Swiss-German & English language skills are preferred. Microsoft Office skills are essential with a strong focus on Power Point. The Sales Executive is results orientated, able to work independently and can adhere to vigorous deadlines. Managing different tasks at the same time is no problem for him/her. He/she enjoys working in a small team and wants to play an integral role in the sales process. He/she enjoys communicating with clients and employees from different countries and backgrounds and enjoys a customer centric approach to sales.
