Job Description

Position Title: Planner

Division: Business

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Department: Sales, Planning

Reports to: Theis Christiansen

Band: 7

Employment Type: Fixed Term (end of August)

General Summary:

A planner is responsible for planning, handling and optimizing commercial campaigns across TV and Digital. This includes, campaign follow up, spot handling and commercial playlists preparations. A planner is also responsible for supporting our sales department and clients.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Planning
• Responsible for shared portfolio
• Deliver campaigns as prescribed

• Spot handling

• Evaluation

• Creating Digital Campaigns

• Handling commercial playlist

• Playlists are timed and optimized and sent to playout

• Daily reconciling the asrun files with the intended playlist

Requirements and Metrics

Requirements:
• Planning experience is preferred

• MS Office (Soon G-Suite)

• Technical understanding is preferred

• Personality requirements:

• Great attention to detail

• Keep calm in a stressful environment

• Multitasking

• High service level

Metrics:
• Optimized campaigns, after instructions and guidelines from the management

• Fully timed and optimized commercial playlists

• Satisfied customers
