About the Role

The Photo Editor is responsible for curating, editing retouching and maintaining quality photography and libraries for use across our streaming applications and digital platforms. They will work cross functionally with Design, Creative, Product, Research and Programming teams to develop libraries of artwork, enable systems and workflows that power our global streaming services.

They will work closely with Creative, Marketing and Operational teams across the organization to ensure imagery and approvals are available for use for on/off platform creative initiatives, artwork and campaigns.

A strong understanding of streaming services, design processes and principles will be critical for success. The Photo Editor is dedicated to excellence with a profound ability to deliver solutions to problems in complex and constantly changing environments while building visually appealing, world-class product experiences that drive true business results for our unique brands.

About You
• Hands on team player that can work easily with multiple stakeholders including Creative, Design, Product, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Business and Sales.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.

• Proven track record with a variety of successful products delivered across multiple platforms, screens and ecosystems with experience in multiple brands, productions and operations.

• Prior experience designing CTV and/or multi-modal product experiences and ecosystems.

• Comfortable with ambiguity; responding quickly to rapidly evolving threats & opportunities

• Demonstrate teamwork skills and resourcefulness, including strong sense of ownership and urgency.

• Experience interpreting and communicating product data and analytics.

Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to design product experiences that people love.

• Coordinate with the Creative manager and key stakeholders to identify photography needs

• Review photos, edit and make necessary changes

• Manipulate photos and imagery to achieve highest quality using the appropriate tools

• Ensure all assignments are edited on time for publication and distribution

• Liaise with global teams to advise on future projects and processes.

• Stay up to date with new image editing technologies

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, digital media or related field.

• 2+ years in photo editing, production and/or digital creative.

• Proven work experience as a photo editor and photo retoucher

• Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages

• Experience with Design & UX software including sketch, zeplin, inVision, etc.

• Strong photo editing skills and excellent portfolio

• Core knowledge of photographic techniques, studio management and color composition

• Creative mind with an eye for detail and storytelling skills

• Time-management and leadership skills

• Experience working in a cross-functional product, engineering, and design teams.

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
