Key Responsibilities
• Deliver and actively contribute to the development of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting models for Advertising (Ad) sales commission

• Calculate and validate monthly commission payments for Advertising sales employees

• Analyze sales performance results and develop actionable insights to Sales, HR, Finance, GMs

• Drive standardization and efficiency of global ad commission processes

• Design, revamp and work on implementation of dashboards for Ad sales commission with financial and operational metrics to track actual business performance vs. forecast/budget/prior year

• Maintaining high quality data models in company management information systems

• Actively participate in the development of the new Ad sales commission program each year

• Interpretation and clear communication of results reports and analysis for management purposes

• Performing ad hoc tasks and reporting related to Ad sales commissions

• Have excellent academic qualifications with a degree in a numeric or business related subject

• 3+ years relevant experience in financial planning and/or management accounting with a commercial focus

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proven ability to distil complex findings into a 'story' with actionable findings to support commercial decision making

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with proven record of effectively presenting to senior stakeholders

• Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail

• Show MS Excel skills to an advanced level (including VBA)

• Very good English written and spoken

• Assured self-starter on relevant projects and work is a plus

• Willingness to learn and develop BI applications, knowledge of BI systems (i.e. Power BI) would be an asset

• Expertise in calculating and reporting sales commission or/and knowledge of Ad sales market would be an asset
