Reports Compliance Representative

What You’ll Do
The Reports Compliance (RC) Representative provides assistance to members, producers, or studios to ensure compliance with the DGA’s Collective Bargaining Agreements and performs a variety of compliance and collection functions.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Parse incoming DGA compliance documents
- Process reports including Employee Data Reports, Weekly Work Lists, and Gross Earnings Reports; pursue missing reports and revisions
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments on the processing of DGA compliance documents
- Effectively plan, organize, and manage information
- Perform processing and data entry functions
- Compile and prepare weekly statistical reports for management review
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Three or more years of Entertainment Industry, Labor Relations, and or Collective Bargaining experience.
- Three or more years of clerical or administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office Skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to exercise discretion and communicate concisely, effectively, and tactfully with all levels of management, studio representatives, members, and colleagues
- Ability to take direction from more than one supervisor in an environment where constructive feedback is encouraged
- Ability to work well within a team environment by holding yourself and others accountable for a high level of performance and integrity
- Solid math and computation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detailed-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude
- Typing 50wpm
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or a combination of five years of education and experience
- Documentum experience a plus
- Demonstrate proficiency in PC operating systems, filesharing and collaborative work applications (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, OneDrive)
