Job Description
The Game Day Promotions Assistant will be responsible for the implementation of fan interaction, in-game entertainment, and brand marketing during sixteen (16) Detroit Tigers spring training games and sixty-six (66) Flying Tigers regular season games. Collaboration with Game Presentation Producer to ensure effective performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and activities during spring training or Lakeland Flying Tigers home games.
• Work closely with marketing and sponsorship teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance fan engagement.
• Collaborate with various departments, including ticketing, operations, and community relations, to ensure seamless execution of promotions.
• Manage promotional budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate pre-game ceremonies, on-field promotions, and in-game entertainment to enhance the overall fan experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring their integration into promotional activities.
• Evaluate the success of promotions through data analysis and fan feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance promotional efforts.

​Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Previous experience in event coordination, promotions, or sports marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, sponsors, and fans.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for promotions.

Working Conditions:
• Office & Outdoor Stadium Environment
• Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
