Baseball Information Assistant

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with day-to-day video operations during Spring Training.
• Assist the coaching staff's preparation of advance scouting reports and defensive positioning.
• Run Trackman B1 units along with Edgertronic cameras during bullpen sessions and Live Batting Practices.
• Upload data and video, available to coaches and front office personnel.
• Record any on-field activity as requested.
• During games set up 7 cameras, chart every pitch on BATS, and upload post-game.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Must be knowledgeable about baseball.
• Familiarity working with Video Editing Software, Trackman, Blast, BATS, and/or Edgertronic cameras a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Outdoor and office environment in Lakeland, FL
• Some evening, weekend and holiday hours will be required.
