Finance Project Support Italy/Spain

About the Opportunity

Deluxe is currently looking for a Finance Project Support for our Finance team in Barcelona for a 4 months project with posible extension.

The person must be based in Barcelona and will support the SAP implementation for our Italy business.

Responsibilities:
• Documentation support: required to improve the training process and required by SAP-IT
• Master Data cleansing
• Migration support & checking to ECQ and production
• Review BAU for Italy
• Support on Italian Tax test
• Report balances Check's
• Any supporting activity for the team
• Support on the communication that must be performed in Italian with Banks, Tax Authorities, or any Italian governmental institution.

Requirements:
• Spain/Italian COA knowledge
• Accounting experience preferably with Italian accounting.
• Experienced in SAP
• Strong Excel Skills
• English and Italian Advanced
• Spanish work permit required
• Based in Barcelona
• Starting at the begining of september

Desirable:
• Reporting knowledge BPC/BOBJ/BI/Any Microsoft dynamics or Business Warehouse is a plus.
• Other european languages
