Overview

An exciting and rewarding position within Digital Cinema fulfillment (exhibitor relations, deployment, technical and network operations) to carry out and accelerate the deployment and installation of Deluxe E-Delivery services at cinemas.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Provide pre and post installation support to cinema exhibitors. Coordinate with internal teams to collectively solve content delivery constraints. Perform time sensitive content management tasks.

Job Details
• Pre and Post Installation Support
• Procure technical system/equipment surveys from cinema exhibitors to prepare sites for E-Delivery system installation and integration.
• Provide direct support to cinema exhibitor technical (and non-technical) personnel as it relates to the E-Delivery system architecture and infrastructure.
• Internal Team Coordination
• Develop end-to-end understanding of E-Delivery content workflows.
• Isolate and resolve site specific and/or systematic workflow issues and provide recommendations for long-term viability and scalability.
• Content Management Tasks
• Expedite tasks where third-party dependencies are otherwise delaying completion of E-Delivery operations (i.e., content ingest configuration and validation testing).

Experience and Skills Required
• Understanding of operational workflow in a technical environment employing multiple systems/platforms to execute deliverable.
• Knowledge of database workflow and information management.
• Ability to maintain self-motivation and produce measurable results working within constrained timeframes and stressful situations.
• Technical aptitude.
• Job experience in a LAN environment working with networked systems, appliances and/or servers.
• Proven track record of delighting customers.
Other
• Participation in real-time messaging required (Microsoft Teams, Slack).
• Must be willing to occasionally work outside of normal business hours (driven by cinema exhibitor availability).
• Opportunities to expand role within exhibitor relations/support and network operations.
• Position can be remote.
• A matrix reporting structure will in effect for this position.

This role is based in California and the base pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Actual amounts will vary depending on education, skills, experience, and geographic location.
