The Job:
The CW Television Network is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data & Marketing Technology to join our digital team. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the development of a cohesive marketing technology stack and data framework in support of CW's ambitious growth strategy.
This role will be responsible for building a data-driven ecosystem to power user acquisition & retention, and they'll establish a collection of highly-automated tools and insights to support marketing, business, and merchandising objectives. An ideal candidate will have proven experience implementing data-driven, testable B2C marketing tools, and strong understanding of the latest trends in content personalization, audience identity, and UX.
The Daily:
• Collaborate with marketing, business, research, UX/design, and merchandising teams to develop data-driven strategy, automate user retention lifecycle management, and produce actionable insights.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize the performance of marketing channels and user experience.
• Drive the evolution of the in-app experience as well as engaging new and existing users through paid and organic marketing channels, email, push, and other outreach opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and improvements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with CW's media agencies to implement attribution tracking for campaign performance.
• Provide clear and effective communication regarding status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Document process, guidelines, user manuals, and specifications for stakeholders and partners.
• Lead engineering teams through integrating new products and services by writing concise requirements, organizing resources, and providing hands-on support and obstacle clearance.
• Establish quality-control processes to ensure accurate and complete data, and to streamline 3rd-party measurement certification and auditing.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends in data-driven marketing, audience identity, content personalization, and user privacy.
The Essentials:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in product management roles, particularly in data and marketing technology.
• Proven experience in implementing data-driven, testable B2C marketing tools.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a wide array of analytics integrations and certifications.

The Compensation
• $150 - $175/yr commensurate with experience and skill levels.
