Job Description

The Manager, Supply Partnerships will nurture existing and pursue new streaming publisher partners to capitalize on Crackle Plus’s world class ad sales team. Crackle Plus is the ad supported streaming video division of Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment (NASDAQ: CSSE) which also owns and operates several independent studios and a content acquisition arm (ScreenMedia) providing end-to-end solutions for content creators. He/she will allow all CSSE/Crackle Plus publisher to maximize its access to CTV ad revenue projected to approach $20 billion in 2022, by leveraging direct advertising relationships Crackle has established for over 10-years as the original AVOD publisher in the space. The Supply Partnership manager will utilize leading edge technology to enhance our partners value and articulate our value proposition to current and prospective partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Pitch/Pursue new supply partners via CSSE existing clientele or identify new streaming supply partners to align with Crackle Plus value proposition
  • Analyze supply partners to determine best paths for revenue success for existing and prospective Crackle Plus publisher partner
  • Ensure existing Crackle Plus Supply / Ad Rep publishing partners are set-up to access as much ad revenue as possible based on the sales arrangements established between CracklePlus and supply partner
  • Create sales materials with partners
  • Ensure ads.txt requirements are delivered from Crackle Plus ad ops to supply partners
  • Develop QBR, success stories for publishing partners
  • Organize partners and establish regular cadence so that business updates are regularly made and recorded to maximize revenues
  • Familiar with various ad tech dashboards, ssp’s and ad servers to pull reports and make SPO adjustments on the fly.
  • Ensure finance teams are regularly kept up to date and notified of any changes to deal terms with publishing partners
  • Establish and maintain repository of deals; MSA’s and IO’s

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in streaming video ad supported media; at publisher, ad tech company, agency or other related role
  • Knowledge and relationships with:
    • CTV streaming video publishing ecosystem; AVOD and FAST
    • Streaming Digital Video ad tech; Ad Servers, Trading Desks, DSP’s and SSP’s
    • Online Video ad monetization business models
  • Ability to work across multiple SaaS platforms to enable monetization including:
    • Logging into multiple dashboards; pulling reports and interpreting results
    • Setting up deals and priorities in SSP’s and ad servers
  • Proficient with MS Office products, specifically Excel is required
  • Open to work in either our New York or Santa Monica Ca. preferably
