**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a highly successful musician. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to anticipate needs, demonstrate impeccable organizational skills, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactive Management: Act as a self-starter, independently managing tasks and projects without the need for constant direction. Ability to foresee and handle needs and issues before they escalate.
- Task Management: Handle a broad range of duties from mundane tasks to complex logistical arrangements. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, travel arrangements, correspondence management, and event planning.
- Flexible Hours: Willingness to work long, irregular hours, including evenings and weekends. Availability for travel, both domestic and international, often at short notice.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of effectively liaising with a variety of stakeholders including management teams, event coordinators, and other personal staff.
- Confidentiality: Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times. Discretion is paramount in all dealings and communications.
**Qualifications**
- Must possess at least 2+ years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role. Prior experience in the entertainment industry or working with high-profile individuals is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and carrying heavy items.
- A background in or affiliation with the military is highly regarded. Such experience is valued for the discipline, organization, and structure it brings.
- A valid driver's license and passport.
