Job Description

This is an entry level position suitable for someone who has some basic knowledge of how the music, film. and TV businesses work. 

Tasks include answering phones, reading contracts, rolling calls, listening to music and creating playlists, heavy computer work doing project research, organizing and submitting expense reports to Finance, creating and maintaining WORD docs, EXCEL spreadsheets, making initial project calls. Interfacing with other assistants to insure the office is running smoothly and efficiently.

Salary Details
Salary: $31,500 Per Year ($ USD)

In addition to salary, we provide fully paid health and dental insurance, and make contributions to the company pension plan on your behalf. There will be a 90 day probation period, after which you will be eligible for the health and dental insurance. The pension plan contributions begin according to a schedule provided to you in our employee handbook.
