Job Description

You will be responsible for a roster of Clients, working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple assignments, and adapting to changing priorities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

● Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines

● Work with talent to determine objectives, goals, KPIs, and tactics to develop a growth strategy

● Ideate and execute innovative ideas to monetize client’s brand

● Lead and manage all aspects of project negotiation and successful execution

● Review and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for future programs

● Research and identify potential clients in the digital space in pursuit of signing new clients

● Maintain and foster relationships with talent, agencies, and brands directly

● Drive revenue to meet individually assigned goals and team goals to maximize company profit

● Utilize discretion and judgment to support decisions on the client's behalf

● Advisor on trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy

● Collaborate with the team to form pitching strategies to maximize brand partnerships for the agency

● Research and identify new brand partners to create new brand and product opportunities for clients

● Project manage Talent team initiatives; pitching, talent recruitment, etc.

Skills and Experience needed:

● 2+ years of related business experience in talent management.

● Experience in the development of social media strategies on a corporate level in Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter, etc.

● Excellent copywriting required, along with basic skills in design, photography, videography, and general content creation.

● Well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented self-starter, and able to work independently.

● Able to step into fast-paced environment and not feel overwhelmed.

● Knowledgeable in social media rules and regulations; demonstrates good judgment.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Thrive working in a collaborative environment where you are given autonomy to make key decisions.
