Promotion Scheduler, CNN en Español (Temporary)

Your New Role…
• CNN's Creative Marketing team seeks a CNN en Español Promotion Scheduler

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Strategically schedules all on-air promotional material for one or more of the three CNNE feeds.
• Ensures all Ad Sales/barter, sponsorship commitments and editorial vignettes are scheduled accordingly, and commitments are being met.
• Works with the team in meeting all daily targets in regard to completing the log print deadlines.

Your Qualifications & Experience…
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
• Minimum two years experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• Must be extremely detail and deadline-oriented; a quick thinker and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever-changing news environment. Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Television promotion placement experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of promo placement system such as Crossroad & Phoenix scheduling systems
