Promotion Scheduler, CNN International (Temporary)

Your New Role...
• Promotion Scheduler (Temporary), CNNI
• CNN's award-winning Creative Marketing team seeks a temporary Promotion Scheduler. This position will be a hybrid role with on-site work and remote work as supported by business needs.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Strategically schedules all on-air promotional material for any of the four CNNI feeds.
• Ensures all Ad Sales, sponsorship commitments and editorial vignettes are scheduled accordingly, and commitments are being met.
• Works on all daily targets in regard to completing work, the log print deadlines and regeneration/reworking of live logs.
• Assist in checking promo material in the Master Control system.

Your Qualifications & Experience...
• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
• Minimum two years experience in television marketing, communications or related field.
• Must be extremely detail and deadline-oriented; a quick thinker and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of topical global events necessary.
• Television promotion placement experience strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of promo placement system such as Crossroad or Enterprise.
