Your New Role...

The purpose for this job is to strategically schedule on-air promotion on all the CNN en Español networks. This position works closely with promo placement management, International Sales Operations and Master Control

Your Role Accountabilities...
- Works closely with Promo Placement management team to ensure the daily execution of Network marketing priorities inside commercial breaks
- Ensures all Ad Sales and sponsorships are scheduled per commitment
- Responsible for performing daily log reconciliation

The ideal person in this role has a working knowledge of scheduling systems (Crossroad & Phoenix) preferred; or is easily adaptable to these types of electronic promo placement databases.
- Assists in the creation of content identifiers within SHOPS system and utilizes Media Hub electronic library database
- May be responsible for formatting daily promo content grids for producers/editors as needed

Qualifications & Experience...
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TV marketing, communications or a related field.
- Prior experience such as scheduling & linear promotion placement in cable television.
