CNN's Digital Products & Services group is seeking a results - driven Business Operations Manager to help align our
ambitious goals with effective day - to - day operations. The Business Operations Manager will manage key operating
cadences for the DP&S organization and help launch new initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the ideal
candidate will excel at problem - solving, possess strong organizational and communication skil ls and be capable of
driving project success.
Your Role Accountabilities ...
• Operating Rhythms: Manage key operating rhythms for the DP&S team, including MBR/QBRs and leadership meetings, enabling the team to work more efficiently.
• Support Annual Planning and OKR setting: : Assist in the annual planning process and in setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for cross - functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Project Management: Launch and successfully complete special projects within assigned timelines, partnering closely with cross - functional stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or related fields; or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
• Demonstrated experience developing business strategies and supporting cross-functional initiatives, preferably in media or digital industries.
• Experience working with stakeholders in fast - paced, results - driven environments.
• Understanding of digital products, subscriptions, and advertising business models.
• Background in media, tech, or consumer products industries preferred.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $103,460.00 - $192,140.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
