We are seeking an Editorial Production Assistant to join the team that will create premium longform content exclusively for CNN+. The Production Assistant will support the Senior Editorial Producer and the wider booking team in all aspects of production.

The Daily
• This individual will support the booking team responsible for consistently pitching stories and booking dynamic characters, experts, and public figures for individual taped segments.
• The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills as it relates to team management, along with an understanding and knowledge of popular culture and a passion for unearthing stories and topics that are provocative and buzzworthy.
• The primary function of the Editorial Production Assistant is to support the larger talent team and to provide support of the key bookings including, but not limited to, travel, hair and makeup, research and overall editorial support as needed
• The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-based, breaking news environment and is capable of maintaining schedules and workflows, while meeting aggressive deadlines for on-budget work.
• The Editorial Production Assistant will likely be called upon to support individual segments.
• This position reports to the Senior Editorial Producer, and will partner with internal stakeholders across the organization.
• This role is based in Los Angeles or New York.
