NewsCo is building the future of news, inventing new forms of editorial content, and making room for first-rate entertainment and memes. Needless to say, we need your help! Incubated within CNN and headquartered in Brooklyn, NewsCo's mission is to help people understand the world by empowering anyone to tell the world's stories. We have a strong ethical core, and we intend to leave the world in a better place than we found it. We are hiring a team of Editorial Freelancers who will create experimental short video content for an upcoming product.
The Essentials
We are looking to build a well-rounded team based on demonstrable application of the following skills:
• Experience working as a reporter, creating online videos, developing creative projects or performances, and experience in news technology.
• This role will be paid on an hourly basis, and projects will be assigned by NewsCo Editorial.
