Responsibilities
The Manager, Partner Success is a critical member of the CNBC / NBCU Events sales and marketing team. This team is responsible for all sponsorship efforts within the growing CNBC and NBCU events portfolio, which includes 30+ conferences, thought leadership dinners, and other live + virtual events.

This role involves significant client contact and project management duties, with the Manager serving as the main point of contact for all event sponsors post-sale and overseeing all aspects of client integration into each CNBC / NBCU event.

This position is based at CNBC headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, and will be expected to maintain a coordinated presence at the sales & marketing office in New York City. This role reports to the SVP, Events Sales & Strategic Growth.
• Manage all event sponsors post-sale and troubleshoot as necessary
• Lead client kick-offs and regular planning calls
• Create sponsor timelines and project manage all details of event sponsorship, working in close coordination with sales, marketing, production, editorial, and audience development teams
• Creatively conceive sponsor activations, in coordination with the events production team, to align with client goals and enhance attendee experience
• Attend all events to coordinate on-site sponsor activations with production team and manage sponsors on-the-ground
• Participate in event planning meetings to represent commercial side and advocate for sponsors
• Liaise with media & events sales/marketing teams during pitch-phase to develop customized client ideas that fulfill client KPIs and work within the scope of each event
• Work with Partner Success Coordinator to create all post-event recap documents for clients
• Attend relevant client meetings and support sponsorship renewals
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and competitive landscape and share updates with events team
• Work in coordination with the Directors, Event Sales and the Director and Manager of Sales & Marketing to develop appealing sponsorship benefits packages to maximize revenue potential for events business

Qualifications/Requirements
• Five or more years of related experience, in account management, integrated marketing, ad sales, or events
• Must have experience, comfort, and enthusiasm for working with senior-level clients and media/planning/creative agencies
• Demonstrated skills in PowerPoint and Excel
