JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence, the Summer Temporary Assistant, Business Intelligence (Generative AI) will be responsible for completing several generative AI or machine learning powered projects for Rock Entertainment Group properties. The ideal candidate will be analytical, open-minded, and have excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills. Experience or coursework with Python and SQL is required, and experience or coursework with Tableau, R, or Excel is desired but not required.

This is a temporary position from June – August 2024, that will require roughly 40 hours per week M-F. This is an onsite position working at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in downtown Cleveland, OH.

PAY RATE: $15.00/HR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Using Python to complete projects efficiently and effectively with a level of creativity.
• Assisting in creating innovative AI-driven solutions that can be applied across the company
• Applying text mining techniques extract valuable insights from large documents.
• Working with and selecting the best generative models for specific AI tasks.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau to support the business needs of the organization
• Collaborating with team members and communicating progress, challenges, and ideas effectively.
• Engage with key stakeholders to integrate feedback and make necessary adjustments to projects
• Using Tableau, Excel, R, or Python for data visualization and analysis, as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, business analytics or related fields.
• Demonstrable and strong Python coding skills (i.e. Pandas, Streamlit, Flask, Langchain, API's, etc).
• Familiarity with AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or other pre-trained LLMs.
• Up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Approachable and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to and problem solve with new tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with Tableau, R, or Excel is desired but not required.
