Sales & Brand Consultant (Part-time)

NOTE: Cineverse is currently a 100% work-from-home company. While we may return to an office environment in the future, we do not have plans to return to an office setting at this time. When we return to an office environment, the incumbent may be required to work from the office on a part or full-time basis, as needed. Cineverse is seeking a dynamic Sales & Brand Consultant to oversee key licensor management activities, from product planning to effective placement at retail outlets. This role combines project management, marketing acumen, and collaboration with distribution partners to maximize product visibility and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the retail or consumer goods industry, with proven abilities to manage projects and drive product success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Licensor Management: Coordinate with licensors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment from product conception to market launch.
• Brand Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that enhance product visibility and market penetration.
• Product Planning & Operations: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic product plans that align with market trends, consumer demand, and brand objectives, ensuring milestones are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns tailored to different retail environments and consumer segments to drive product awareness, brand consistency, and sales.
• Lifecycle Marketing Management: Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers at each phase of the product lifecycle, from introduction to decline, optimizing customer retention and maximizing lifetime value.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, sales, branding, and lifecycle strategies, adjusting plans as needed based on performance data and market feedback.
• Distribution Collaboration: Work closely with distribution partners to ensure efficient logistics and distribution placement that align with sales, brand, and lifecycle goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, including licensors, retail partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with the project's objectives, progress, and brand consistency.
• Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer needs, integrating findings into brand strategy and market approaches.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on retail marketing and licensor relations.
• Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, including the development and execution of brand identity initiatives and positioning across various markets and platforms.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape and consumer goods market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with expertise in using analytics tools to inform business decisions.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to devise effective marketing strategies and solve problems creatively.
