Job Description
NOTE: Cineverse is currently a 100% work-from-home company. While we may return to an office environment in the future, we do not have plans to return to an office setting at this time. When we return to an office environment, the incumbent may be required to work from the office on a part or full-time basis, as needed. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting sales directors and sales team in managing a portfolio of key client accounts, helping develop new business opportunities, client retention and ensuring client satisfaction. In addition to the sales directors, you will serve as a point of contact for agencies and clients, understanding their needs, and helping offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and account management.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients, s erving as an additional point of contact.
• Manage and deliver against campaign goals and post campaign reporting
• Understand client needs and objectives from RFP's or campaign briefs, as well as proposing innovative and creative solutions to meet their campaign goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure seamless delivery of product offerings and services to clients.
• Help identify and pursue new business opportunities and campaign upsells within existing accounts, as well as with prospective clients.
• Create strategic media plans and proposals that help achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
• Responsible for the creation of proposal decks and materials; including wrap reports and relevant campaign data case studies, etc.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to sales directors and sales leadership.
• Track campaign performance and client feedback, and provide regular updates to clients, sales directors and sales management.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in sales and account management.

Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Google Slides, Keynote, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CTV, Broadcast or Video sales a plus.
