Job Description
NOTE: Cineverse is currently a 100% work-from-home company. While we may return to an office environment in the future, we do not have plans to return to an office setting at this time. When we return to an office environment, the incumbent may be required to work from the office on a part or full-time basis, as needed. As a Podcast Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Podcast Network team by acting as the primary liaison between sales and the podcast team. You will report to the Vice President of Networks Strategy and support the Podcast Producer and Account Manager.

Essential Functions
• Accurately run reports and perform data requests related to the podcast network in a timely manner.
• Assist with content inventory forecasting and oversight.
• Maintain internal documentation of network shows for sales and planning, including forecasting, genres and verticals, episode schedules and topics.
• Assist with monthly revenue reporting and data collection.
• Vet and assess external podcasts using tools such as Chartable.
• Liaison to the sales team, assisting with pulling and managing inventory for sales request from Flightpath and a podcast hosting platform.
• Ensure podcast hosting platform drafts are correct and schedule drafts for o&o podcasts.
• Assist with Campaign management (updates, optimization and wrap reports).
• Assist with scheduling ad placements in a podcast hosting platform (priority and positioning).
• Work with Flightpath on bi-weekly calls to understand best practices and understanding data.

Essential Qualifications/Competencies
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of podcast content development.
• 2+ years of experience in podcasts, social media, digital video, or similar fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Radio, Film, Television, or similar preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in podcasting tools and inventory systems is desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and requirements.
