Job Title: Ad Operations Analyst
Job Summary:
The Ad Operations Analyst will support the setup and monitor and report advertising campaigns across Cineverse's platforms. You will work closely with internal teams & US supervisors, and cutting-edge technologies to optimize programmatic ad performance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating advertising dashboards, pulling and interpreting daily reports, and staying up to date with current and emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pull and consolidate daily advertising performance data from multiple ad servers and SSP's (e.g., Spring Serve, Publica, IndiCue, Magnite, etc.).
• Provide clear and concise daily summaries of key performance metrics and highlight any notable trends, anomalies, or areas of concern.
• Monitor campaign delivery and pacing to ensure alignment with performance goals and budget allocations.
• Collaborate with internal sellers, strategists, and product team members to ensure campaign insights translate into actionable optimizations.
• Support the standardization and automation of reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain familiarity with the latest advertising platforms, tools, and industry trends, and provide input on new technologies or systems that could enhance campaign performance tracking.
• Assist in the QA of live campaigns to ensure proper setup, tagging, and tracking.
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or a related analytics role.
• Fluency in CTV video advertising.
• Strong working knowledge of major advertising platforms (e.g., Spring Serve, Publica, IndiCue, Magnite, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate actionable insights.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ready to work in US overlap hours (not limited to) till 12pm US Pacific Time.
