Executive Assistant to the Executive Leadership Team (Remote/Full-Time)

The Opportunity
Cinereach is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team. This is a fully virtual, full-time role. The prospective candidate will have an amazing opportunity to join a community of mission-focused colleagues, driven to make a positive influence on society through impactful, entertaining content.Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.

Skills & Qualifications
Executive assistant/executive support/project management experience is required (minimum 8 years experience)
Demonstrated track record of excellent organization, time management and self-motivation
Ability to work in a fluctuating environment with keen social and interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
Excellent verbal and demonstrated written communication skills
Comfortable working in a remote environment and liaising with a team in various locations throughout the U.S.
Experience supporting multiple managers for calendaring, coordination, etc.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent, sound judgment and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Experience exercising discretion and integrity while dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Experience in the entertainment or media industry is preferred
Strong professional references required of finalists
Responsibilities
Assist and support the Executive Team in scheduling and preparing for meetings (internal and external), including preparing meeting materials, meeting logistics, keeping track of meeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revising correspondence and other documents and presentations, as necessary
Assist the Executive Team with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that may include arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
Work closely with the CEO regarding the board of directors to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, meeting planning and communications
Support the Executive Team in effective calendar management, email management, following up as necessary; support effective time management
Assists in research and information gathering on a variety of complex topics
May serve on special projects, committees, or act as representative of the CEO
Travel required approximately 4 times/year
Compensation
$30 to $33 hourly, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
