Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Sales Advertising Agent is responsible for selling ad packages to customers for television and online media platforms.
• Must research customers’ revenue status to ensure our ad service pricing.
• Track competitive product and service offerings, pricing and share of market.
• Following up with customer several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of CSN’s services to clients.
• Attending and participating in regular team meetings.
• Give sales presentations regarding sales reports, promotions, and campaigns.
• Compiling and analyzing data to find trends and solutions.
• Developing sales strategies and setting quotas.
• Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
• Maintaining a database of contact information.
• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
• Handling complaints and negotiations.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process that closes the sell.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proven sales skills preferred in TV commercial / radio ad sales.
• Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.

Bachelor's degree in business marketing and adverting with 3 years of experience.
