The ideal candidate will:
• Lead the CTS – San Francisco national sales business
• Oversee national sales strategy for business originating out of the CTS outer markets
• Collaborate with a senior team of managers toward a common goal
• Establish and achieve goals to grow market share and exceed budget
• Build, manage, and scale the national linear and digital revenue pipeline with Account Executives, advertisers, agencies, and partners
• Have active, established agency and client relationships
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and deliver year-over-year growth
• Formulate short- and long-term strategies
Qualifications:
• 5+ years prior broadcast television sales management experience in a top 10 market
• In-depth knowledge of TV and digital media products and services, research, and audience measurement
• Proven history of growing revenue
• Excellent organizational / time management skills
• Highly competent in analytics
• Self-motivated, innovative thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Wide orbit
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
