Multi-Skilled Journalist - Reporter

CBS News Philadelphia is looking for an energetic Multi-Skilled Journalist (MSJ) to join our on-air team. We want someone who brings proactive story ideas to the table, cultivates sources, owns social media, is passionate about local news, and can connect with our audience. Candidates must be able to shoot and edit broadcast quality video to tell appealing stories to our television newscast audience and users of our vibrant digital platforms. The best candidates will have proven experience working independently under tight deadlines. CBS News Philadelphia is a SAG-AFTRA union shop. QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree in Journalism/Communications/Broadcasting preferred
- Minimum 2 years MSJ/television experience
- Proven social media skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be willing to join SAG/AFTRA union
