Overview:

We handle all Specials, Music, Live Events, Alternative programming & Reality TV. We work on events like The Tony's, Grammy's, and Daytime Emmy's, to Big Brother and The Amazing Race. We work with external providers and the studio to make it all happen!

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the EVP, Specials, Music & Live Events/Alternative & Reality
• Answer phones, roll calls
• Manage calendar and schedule meetings
• Draft memos and reports
• Coordinate travel
• Complete expense reports
• Assist with projects and events as needed
• Additional projects and duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
• 1 to 2 +years of administrative assistant experience, entertainment industry preferred (strong internship experience considered)
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Additional Qualifications:
• Must possess excellent knowledge of and passion for the TV industry
• Strong communication, computer, and phone skills
• Must be a strong decision maker with the ability to anticipate needs of the executive and potential issues before they arise
• Must be a master of multi-tasking and able to accomplish tasks quickly and accurately
• A great teammate who excels at collaborating with others
