Overview & Responsibilities

In support of our continued global expansion, our Global Distribution Marketing department is looking for a strong, passionate individual to join our team in our marketing production field, AV Post Production. In this role, you will be responsible for our end-to-end production and localization of our AV marketing assets.

Reporting to the Director, AV Post Production, you will collaborate with a team of AV producers and localization specialists to ensure timely delivery of multi-platform promotional material. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment; they are very curious, detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable across asset types, systems, and technologies. In this role, you will work autonomously and meet daily and long-term deadlines.
• Manage all operational aspects of AV promotional assets from inception to final delivery.
• Own day-to-day communication with in-house production teams and/or external vendors.
• Lead localization efforts of AV promotional materials, working in partnership with our Operations teams, from a marketing and creative perspective.
• QC final assets to ensure each asset is delivered to spec.
• Work within brand guidelines, having knowledge of platform and product brand promotions.
• Manage the delivery, maintenance, storage, and transferring of assets to our DAM (digital asset management) systems.
• Scheduling based on both production calendars and shifting delivery priorities.
• Execution of legal clearances.
• Communicate deliverables and clearances to internal and external teams.

Basic Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience, with an emphasis on short form content at scale, creative & operational workflows, finishing, and localization.
• Experience managing high volume projects in parallel, collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams to deliver offline and digital video marketing materials.
• Editing experience in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere or Avid.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.
• Experience with Airtable, Asana, Jira or similar collaboration and project management tools.
• Advanced experience with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exemplary customer service skills.

• Have a passion for all aspects of digital marketing creative, the entertainment industry, and pop culture.
• Ability to conceptualize and articulate creative production and trafficking workflow.
• Ability to handle rapid change, possess an extensive knowledge base, and remain calm and confident when faced with ambiguity.
• Ability to learn and incorporate new technologies seamlessly. A digital native.
• Ability to problem-solve proactively.
• Willingness to work off-hours/weekends on short notice.
• Agile and goal-oriented.
