Field Producer (TEMPORARY)

DESCRIPTION:

The Field Producer will collaborate on the true crime documentary series 48 Hours, which explores the criminal justice system.

This is a temporary position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

'-Work alongside and in support of producer as editorial partner.
-Cull archival and affiliate material and help shape narrative sequence.
-Work with Avid editors and gfx team to assure efficient workflow.
-Identify and book interview subjects, prep and shoot interviews.
-Must have strong writing and production skills with the ability to work well under deadline and assure editorial integrity.
-Extensive experience in fact checking and creating annotated, sourced scripts with supporting documentation
-Extensive experience navigating rights and clearances
-Extensive experience in documentary and long form storytelling required
-Travel as required, subject to Covid restrictions and corporate policy
