Broadcast Associate (TEMPORARY)

DESCRIPTION:

The Broadcast Associate will collaborate on hour-long documentaries for 48 Hours. The docs will be in the 48 Hours style of storytelling, targeted to an audience interest in true crime content.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Will work with producer and AP in finding and researching stories.
• Will create a binder of research for producer & correspondent.
• Will assist producer in setting up the interviews and shoots
• Will gather and log footage and images will direct editors to footage as needed
• Will assist in navigating rights and clearances issues in the broadcast
• Requirements:

Ba
• Background in journalism is required
• • Fact checking experience is preferred
• Must be a team player
