Role Details:

We are seeking a new swing shift team member that thrives on timely production of content for publicly available websites and storefronts. This role will be dedicated to daily VOD processing including trafficking, ingesting, formatting, publishing & delivery of digital products. Must have the ability to multitask, work autonomously and follow rigid step-by-step workflow processes.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Publishing to CBS.COM and processing VOD asset deliverables for Daytime, Primetime, LateNight, Saturday Morning, Sports events, and ViacomCBS Originals
• Responding and executing internal asset distribution requests for promos, clips, bonus materials, sneak peaks
• Formatting video content for streaming service, transcoding Mezzanine files to multiple file formats, and retiming closed captioning and audio narrated descriptions
• Data entry of episode metadata into a Content Management System
• Contributing to site or partner launches processing high volumes with tight deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training & experience in Production or Operations
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with experience working with diverse teams
• Enthusiastic and enjoy TV/Film/Sports/Digital Media
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Editing Suites or FCP

You might also have -
• Knowledge of MACCAPTION, Telestream/Vantage
• Understanding of video and audio mastering properties (frame rate, resolution, channel configurations, etc.)
• Good understanding of Google Suite of tools (Google Docs, e.g. Google Documents, Google Spreadsheets)
