Division Overview:

The Content Strategy & Creative Partnerships team manages the digital brand health of CBS All Access/Paramount+ programming across ViacomCBS. We connect various cross-functional teams including production, product, PR, distribution, sales, and marketing teams to protect and project the essence of our streaming service programming across consumer touchpoints, in addition to partnering with ViacomCBS brands and third-party platforms and producers to enhance our digital products and services.

Role Details:

CBS Interactive is looking for a Coordinator to join the Content Strategy team. The Content Strategy Coordinator will provide administrative, research, and digital content planning support for two SVPs. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills (planning and prioritizing) with great attention to detail.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Phone and (internal/external) meeting scheduling coverage for two SVPs
• Coordinate facilities and office supply requests for Content & Operations team
• Distribute agreements, invoices, and documents for internal sign off
• Manage needs of the department while at CBS Interactive offices
• Research and planning responsibilities
• Assist in the creation of specific deck and presentation materials
• Track department's legal requests and draft transaction sheets
• Coordinate department's interdepartmental show meetings
• Track show specific CBS All Access & Paramount+ social performance reports
• Create and manage specific organizational systems for department
• Coordinate occasional travel arrangements
• Process and track expense reports
• Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Key Projects:
• Track and report on key campaigns in the competitive marketplace, as assigned by the two SVPs
• Update and create documents for tracking team coverage on CBS All Access/Paramount+ series and content plus highlights related to series launches and social activations
• Coordinate cross-show projects, as assigned, and occasional cross-department projects on behalf of the Content Strategy team

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• Minimum 2+ years experience with premium online media or entertainment marketing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional computer skills including Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Suite
• Able to work independently and to effectively problem solve
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple tasks at once
• Ability to effectively interact with executives at CBSi as well as other internal and external clients
• A passion for digital programming, streaming services, social media, and content marketing

You might also have -
• Previous desk experience at an agency, management company, or entertainment company
• Candidates with a car would be ideal due to regular travel between CBS offices
