The Job

WarnerMedia seeks a Sr. QA Analyst to join the team! The Senior QA Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of QA for AdultSwim, Boomerang, Cartoon Network and TCM. This person will lead the day-to-day QA operations for multiple digital products and games, including test plan creation, testing, issue documentation, and status updates.

The Daily
• Lead the team on the assigned weekly tasks from the QA Manager
• Create and maintain test cases and test suites for the QA and Operations teams
• Test products for functionality and document defects
• Thoroughly document issues with steps to reproduce
• Create test plans for internal and external testing
• Create and maintain QA documentations and reports
• Track inventory of QA lab devices
• Oversee testing with external vendors as needed

The Essentials
• 8+ years of Quality Assurance testing experience (Software, mobile applications, or games)
• Direct testing experience for digital platforms, including iOS, Android, Amazon, Roku, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Web, PC, and Mac
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Emphasizes quality results, not just task completion
• Familiarity with the software project lifecycle
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic
• Solid communicator, strong people management skills; ability to challenge and develop talent
• A creative problem solver
• A love for digital experiences and games
