Asset Coordinator

Job Description

Overview

This position supports Cartoon Network Creative Group by tracking and managing all assets (video, print, digital) that the group creates. This position will also coordinate dissemination of assets to various Cartoon Network groups (Digital, Marketing, PR, etc). In addition, this position will assist the SVP Creative Director of the group by managing his calendar, travel and expense reporting.

The Daily
• 35% - Manage all Creative Group assets in a physical tape, digital format and metadata-base. They are responsible for building and maintaining an effective archiving system for all manner of assets- tape, digital, physical and for handling all internal Cartoon Network asks for those materials.
• 30% - Main contact for International Asset group to ensure that the all Creative Group generated assets are made available internationally.
• 35% - Serve as administrative support to the SVP/Creative Director of the group, handling his calendar/schedule as well as travel and expense reporting.

The Essentials
• Must have understanding of film, video and print production
• excellent organizational skills, be able to work on tight deadlines, and multi-task efficiently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 4 year college degree
