Digital Account Specialist
Position: Bilingual Media Buyer (In-person)

The Media Buyer will take on the management of marketing campaigns for live music projects, as further detailed below, with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. TheMediaBuyer will be responsible for the overall planning,management, and execution of variouscampaigns, keeping the projects moving smoothly from beginning to end. This rolerequires a data-driven, solutions-oriented, analytical mindset specialist with theability to prioritize assignments, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
This position is responsible forplanning, implementing, and managing the overall company’sRadio and TV marketingcampaigns along with optimizing for performance in real-time. The successful candidate will understand how to build a winning campaign and launchfromstart to end.
Report to the Media Manager
Develop media plans for CMN’s touring department and purchase approved media as per budget
Collect and file all invoices/receipt for purchases made by media team.
Submit all backup necessary to accounting for media purchases and follow processes to issue payment to vendor/outlets.
Keep an organized ledger of all purchases made per project, per market (also known as the “working” media plan)
Organize and compile a detailed packets with all the proposals and back-up of all media purchase per project, per market and be ready to submit to artist management on the night of the show (also known asadpack).
Perform all other Services that are consistent with, and reasonably inferable to be required to perform the Services included within the scope of this Agreement.
Perform the Services required of it on such dates as directed by CMN and using best efforts and in a manner consistent with professional industrystandards;
Timely perform all Services, provided that Consultant work from such locations (e.g. CMN office or remotely) as mutually agreed;
Refrain from engaging in any unlawful, harmful, or dangerous conduct while performing Services forCMN;
Perform any such other Services as CMN may reasonablyrequest;
BA/BS in Communications, Entertainment orMarketing
2+ years in media buying
Experience in the music entertainment industry
Excellent knowledge of the music industry and keeping in touch with current music trends is essential.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships. Communication skills are a must, along with the confidence and assertiveness to be a sharp negotiator.
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
