The Role
CAA is seeking a Director Product Manager for Corporate Systems as a full-time position responsible for implementing and operating solutions for our corporate teams such as Facilities, Security, Human Resources, and Technology. The Corporate Systems Product Manager will drive requirements and specifications as needed to deliver projects and enhancements in support of corporate teams including process design, system configuration, testing, and application support. The Corporate Systems Product Manager will report to the head of Business Systems and act as a business relationship management function as described below.

This role is encouraged to be both forward-thinking and hands on with a strong ability to communicate objectives, develop plans and deliver results.

Requirements
• Experience selecting and implementing systems for Facilities, Security, Human Resources, and/or IT Service Management to facilitate supporting processes such as facilities & lease management, occupancy & visitor management, disaster recovery, and employee onboard & offboarding
• Experience providing application support and maintenance including designing support models
• Expert in project management and product management
• Expert in business process design and re-design
• Excellence in communication, collaboration, business presentations and meeting facilitation
• 15+ years' technology experience required
• Media & Entertainment experience is preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred

Location

This role will be hybrid, based in Los Angeles or New York.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $156,000-234,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
