Position Summary

This position will assist with all aspects of sports consulting programs and event executions within the CAA Sports Golf team. Specifically, this person will be an integral team member supporting the CAA executive account leads on a client with a long-term partnership with the PGA TOUR. This position requires attention to detail, significant organizational and project management responsibilities, and the ability to work as a team. The position will include event and hospitality management, preparation of proposals and presentations, daily account management support, on-site event support and post-event wrap-up and reconciliation.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide support to our Account Leads with all day-to-day activities
• Responsible for drafting and editing client presentations, proposals, and other materials for both current and future clients
• Assist with the curation of unique VIP hospitality event programming for clients throughout the year
• On-site tournament hospitality responsibilities may include managing registration, overseeing venue and vendor setup, guest gifting operations, and event logistics
• Support Team Manager with tournament ticket distribution and hotel booking
• Will require a strong ability to multitask, including the planning & coordination of multiple events at any given time
• Create and adhere to workback schedules, staff guides, event run of shows, and other tracking spreadsheets to provide timely account support and execution
• Inventory management of client team and event materials
• Draft and finalize player contracts, legal agreements, and vendor agreements
• Assist in completing and tracking of basic financial requests (check requests, booking reports, work orders, etc.)
• Participate in weekly calls, draft meeting agendas, and compile meeting notes
• Conduct general golf industry and best practices research
• Preparation of detailed event wrap-ups and reconciliation
• Will be required to travel for events, meetings, and site visits as needed (Approximately 8-10 times per year)

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Experience with contracts/legal agreements is valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with prior customer service experience a bonus
• Prior experience in sports or hospitality is valued
• Flexible schedule to allow for travel and work during events
