Job Description
As part of CAA BC's rapid international growth we are hiring for a Senior Planner. This is a new role located in Singapore and is a reflection of the recent new business success of the office and our continued ambition to become THE agency for brands that are hungry to connect to culture in the APAC region.

As a Senior Planner at CAA BC Singapore you will work closely with the Head of Brand Consulting APAC and our growing in-market creative team, primarily supporting on new business and client projects. You will also work with CAA's international Strategy and Planning function, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on international projects including new business, client work as well as to contribute to thought-leadership initiatives.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implementation of research projects (quantitative & qualitative) to address client business challenges or gain insights into target audiences
• Generate insights and have the ability to translate the findings into pitch winning creative springboards
• Briefing and working alongside agency team members and creatives to conceptualise ideas both on a tactical activation as well as a longer term campaign level
• Sound understanding of channel strategy and how campaigns can be leveraged across different touch points to drive ROI
• Drive internal RFP responses
• Manage internal brainstorming sessions
• Organise and run client workshops
• Presenting to clients with authority
• Oversee case study development
• Write award entries

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 to 7 years' experience as a creative/digital agency planner or strategist
• Extensive knowledge of campaign strategy development, the social media & digital landscape, brand growth strategies, consumer insight development.
• An expert in brief writing with the ability to interrogate and distill the client task into a clear ask for the creative team
• Must be research savvy with a sound understanding on how to apply both qualitative and quantitative disclipines
• Cultural curiosity – A natural ability to tap into culture, introducing new methodologies, approaches and tools to help unveil relevant trends and insights to elevate agency output
• Possess strong analytical thinking skills as well as creative spark
• Can tell and sell a story with strong presentation and writing skills
• Be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively as part of a global team
• Familiarity with CAA BC's core values (collaboration, integrity, resiliency, curiosity, and accountability) and commitment to uphold them in your work
• Bonus: A keen interest in the world of entertainment, sports and talent marketing
