Overview
To strengthen our Brand Consulting team in Munich, we are looking for a Mid-Level Creative, Sports & Entertainment Campaign Partnerships (m/f/d) to develop creative campaigns in the areas of sports, entertainment and partnerships. You will accompany projects from the initial idea to implementation – including layout, presentation, shoot preparation and production briefing – and support the development of integrated campaigns across different channels. In this role, you will work not only with our various client teams and functions, but also with other creatives, designers and our creative directors. You will be part of our global CAA Brand Consulting Creative Network and will work together on international projects and new business pitches, among other things.
Your responsibilities:
• Developing, elaborating and presenting creative partnership concepts and campaigns for our clients
• Leading idea workshops with clients and internal teams
• Developing visual language, tone and style for campaigns and activations
• Creating compelling, visually strong presentations that convey creative ideas persuasively
• Contributing to the creative and visual implementation of integrated campaigns
• Working closely with our local and international teams (e.g. account management, strategy, design, creative strategy) and coordinating external partners from production, photography, illustration or animation
• Presenting ideas to internal teams and clients
• Collaborating on new business projects and pitches
• Providing creative advice to client teams on conceptual issues
Qualifications/Requirements
• Several years of experience in a creative or brand partnership agency, ideally in the sports or entertainment sector
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates creative diversity, particularly in partnership marketing in the sports and entertainment sector across various marketing channels
• Excellent skills in common Adobe CC applications and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• A keen sense of design, storytelling and a passion for strong ideas and innovative approaches
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work with an entrepreneurial mindset
• A structured and goal-oriented approach to work – even under time pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build new relationships
• Strong linguistic skills and the ability to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders in a structured and engaging manner
• Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level) and experience in an international working environment are an advantage
