OVERVIEW

CAA Sports UK is looking for a new Junior Social Media Manager to join their Sports Talent Sales team, helping to service talent clients and drive forward their digital strategy. The successful candidate will support the Sports Talent team and our key sports talent clients, deciphering how best to build their social profiles to promote their personal brand and commercial opportunities. Specifically, this candidate will add value in the following ways:
• Drive revenue for the Talent Sales division by supporting with creative digital materials, in the form of talent graphics, photo edits and talent sales presentations.
• Support Talent Sales efforts by aiding in pitches, presentations, and creations of such related materials.
• Support our digital strategy division by aiding in management and operations of key, high profile clients' social media channels.
• Aid in all operations related to the management of key talent clients' social media accounts.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support the development and execution of global social media strategies for our leading talent clients.
• Work with creators, copywriters, and designers to produce original and compelling social content.
• Manage and build relationships with our key talent clients across a variety of sports including football, Formula 1 and more.
• Curate and manage social editorial calendars for our talent clients, that ensure they are aligned with the right events and conversations.
• For our talent clients, continually monitor social media campaigns as well as social media KPIs, key milestones, relevant calendar dates and posting timings.
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies to ensure we are ahead of the curve as an agency.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
• Build and manage social media content calendars for key CAA talent.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Must have some previous experience in digital and social marketing, ideally working directly with sports talent or within an agency.
• Attention to detail and precise data-input, often under time pressure, is essential.
• Deep understanding of and interest in the social industry; including advertising systems.
• Able to execute duties and assignments as directed in compliance with CAA guidelines and objectives.
• Enjoys making sure that client relationships remain productive and that clients receive a quality of service that encourages further growth and profitability.
• Expertise in Adobe suite, graphic design, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
