Job Description
We are seeking Project Management Talent with Commercial/Mixed Use experience (Retail, Hotel, Residential, Office) to perform daily onsite activities required to achieve the successful delivery of the project.
Some of the key qualifications we look for in Project talent are the following:
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including owners, municipalities, vendors, etc
• Mastery of construction budgeting and scheduling
• Client services skills, specifically in both written and verbal communication
• Skilled at cost control and negotiation
• Ability to forecast and troubleshoot problems as they arise
• Demonstrated success in managing projects on time and on budget.
• Large-scale commercial development experience is a must
