The Role
The Global Operations Real Estate Professional will manage aspects of project coordination . The primary focus of this role is to provide project management , budget tracking and coordinate communication. This position will be comprised of day-to-day coordination, communication, and special projects as required.
Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate meetings, deliverables, and critical project communication both within the team and with vendors
• Oversee and coordinate sustainability planning and implementation on new headquarters projects across the globe
• Develop CAA ESG tracking and benchmarking with Microsoft Sustainability software tool
• Develop systems for the tracking and improvement of diverse business spend on new construction projects
• Manage vendor and stakeholders relationships
• Review and manage design consultant proposals and contracts, contractor bids & vendor invoices
• Assist with keeping recurring project reports for review, including weekly executive dashboards and monthly project summaries
• Review monthly project budget reports, cash flow projections, and process invoices for payment
• Builds trusting relationships with all organizational stakeholders through credibility, reliability, effective responsiveness and efficient communication in order to foster a collaborative and efficient work culture
Qualifications
• Degree in Architecture, Interior design, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field (Preferred, but not required)
• Proficient in various computer software programs and MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working knowledge in business tools commonly used in the industry (i.e., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel, etc.)
• Flexible team player with self-starter qualities and can-do attitude
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and be proactive in leveraging resources to solve
• Ability to build and leverage relationships in a complex and matrixed organization
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Internal initiative and ability to work towards a common goal
• Space planning tools
Location
• This role will be on-site at the Los Angeles office.
• Travel Required: 20%
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $90,000 - $117,000. T his position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
