CAA Tech is seeking a Global Network Leader. As the Global Network Leader, you will have proven background in building world-class networking teams, providing unmatched uptime and customer experience of network and WiFi services. The successful candidate will have experience in managing staff in a dynamic environment and ensure the team remains end user focused and driven by customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a continuous improvement mindset and exemplifies excellent time management, technical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:
• Oversee all aspects of the global network including WAN, LAN, and Internet connections
• Lead Global Network staff in design and support of network, firewall and wireless infrastructure
• Mentor staff in professional career growth and technical career paths
• Build strategic relationships with vendors and identify emerging technologies
• Provide the strategic roadmap for network, WiFi and network security with focus on meeting evolving user needs.
• Provide annual budget planning and oversight for network and carrier services
• Manage all support contracts for the groups: Smartnet, etc.
• Work closely with Information Risk Management team to ensure company data and network is secure.
• Thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude
• Communicate well and provide documentation of changes and new design suggestions, vetting with colleagues
• Onsite in Los Angeles at least 4 times per week. Travel to other locations required

Required Capabilities:
• Proven track record with 10+ years of experience leading a global network team
• 20+ years running an enterprise class Cisco based network at all levels
• Proven ability to directly interface with C-Suite
• Proven program management and integration skills with 10+ years of experience
• 15+ years experience with global network strategy and design
• Experience in cybersecurity and information risk management with focus on network security
• Experience in automation of networking infrastructure
• Excellent background in BGP, and managed MPLS lines, SDWAN solutions
• Excellent background in standard operating procedures with the ability to envision and troubleshoot complicated security requirements.
• Direct experience with large carriers and technology providers including but not limited to Masergy, Lumen, Cisco and similar companies.
• Experience with acquisitions and integrations from a networking, communication and collaboration perspective
• Experience with Cisco route, switch, Wi-Fi, firewalls (ASA & FTD) and ISE
• Experience with specific requirements and challenges of network design in various regions such as China

Desired Capabilities:
• Deep understanding of security models and digital threat prevention
• Experience with Aryaka Cloud SDWAN
• Experience with other network, WiFi, Firewall technologies outside Cisco
• Experience with PaaS, IaaS and networking in the cloud
• Experience with ITSM, and ITIL best practices
• Experience with software development methodologies

Location

This role will be based on-site, in our Los Angeles office.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $200,000 - $260,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Salary Details
Salary Range: $200,000 to $260,000 Per Year ($ USD)
