Job Summary

Responsible for leading the maintenance and upkeep of CAA's offices in Los Angeles. Additionally, will be the Company liaison with building landlords to communicate needs and resolve issues. Also, will supervise the vendors for kitchen/catering. Responsibilities include the Los Angeles physical office locations of Avenue of the Stars, Constellation, 2029, and Manhattan Beach.

Direct reports will include Housekeeping and Facilities supervision.

Responsibilities
• Assist Head of Facilities with all physical office operations (maintenance, repair, interactions with landlords, etc.) for four (5) office sites-2000 Avenue of the Stars, Constellation, 2029, and Manhattan Beach
• Lead ongoing building maintenance and upkeep (i.e. painting, carpet cleaning and repair, etc.)
• Accountable for opening new office sites and decommissioning existing sites
• Oversee the cleaning operations for the buildings and ensure housekeeping staffs (regular and contract) on all shifts are meeting cleaning protocols
• Serve as Company liaison with building landlords. Communicate needs and work with them to resolve building issues
• Assist Head of Facilities with overseeing vendor responsible for kitchen/catering
• Identify and execute opportunities for improvement, optimization, and cost savings in areas of responsibility

Qualifications
• 10 plus years of work experience in facilities related positions required
• Leadership experience with large multi-discipline teams preferred
• Demonstrated experience in high level customer service industries and/or companies required
• Able to work collaboratively and build productive relationships across levels and functions
• Strong tactical execution skills
• Demonstrated experience managing complex processes required
• Demonstrated ability in training and developing talent
• Proficiency in multiple languages preferred
